Emanuel Medical Center 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. General hospital visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. After 9 p.m., visitors need permission from the patient's nurse to remain in the hospital. Visitors arriving after 9 p.m. must enter through the Emergency Department and obtain a pass from Security. Specialty units, such as Pediatrics or the Critical Care Unit, may have other specific guidelines. Please check with the nurses on duty.
Mary Stuart Rogers Birthing Center 11 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Fathers of newborns are welcome to visit between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. All others are welcome from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and must register with the volunteer in the waiting room to obtain a visitor badge. Visitors are limited to two at a time per patient.
