At Emanuel Medical Center, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and outstanding medical services for our patients and their families.

Our Customer Service Manager, Pamela Parker, is here to ensure that happens - and to investigate and implement internal improvements if we ever fall short.

She is our patients' direct link to hospital management, and is here to answer questions, hear complaints or complements and resolve issues. She is available to patients in the hospital as well as those treated as outpatients at Emanuel or admitted patients who have been discharged.

The Joint Commission accredits Emanuel Medical Center. Joint Commission standards address organizational quality, safety-of-care issues, and the safety of the environment in which care is provided. These standards represent benchmarks of quality for each and every patient. Emanuel undergoes a rigorous unannounced survey every three years to assess our compliance with The Joint Commission standards of care, and Emanuel Medical Center diligently strives to meet the high standards of care set by The Joint Commission.
