FESTIVAL OF TREES
The Festival of Trees gala and auction is Emanuel's major annual fundraiser for hospice care in our community and is a great way for you, your company and products to see and be seen during the holiday season. Join Emanuel Medical Center and 600 guests to dine, dance and enjoy a live and silent auction, all while ushering in the holiday season at the community's premiere social event. And 100% of the proceeds benefit Hospice of Emanuel.
MEMORIAL AND TRIBUTE GIVING
Honoring your company's founder, a longtime employee or anyone else special to you through honorary and memorial gifts is a fitting way to pay tribute to that special person. Commemorative gifts may be designated to benefit a particular program or service within the Medical Center.
The Bill & Elsie Ahlem Cancer Endowment is a permanent fund that expands cancer services, research and prevention and education programs in the community. Created by the hard work and generosity of Legacy Circle volunteers and donors over a three-year period, the Bill & Elsie Ahlem Cancer Endowment will make a variety of important services available for cancer patients and their families for generations to come. Services include:
• Early detection and cancer-prevention programs
• Education and support groups
• Our Concierge Service, which helps people access all of Emanuel's
Regional Cancer Services
• A cancer library and education center, in collaboration with the Stanford
University Medical Library
• Genetic risk assessment, counseling and testing
• Clinical research and participation in national clinical trials
